Older Garmin maps needed (non NT)
 

Hi there,

I have an old Garmin Streetpilot 2610, overlanding from Australia to Europe and currently in Indonesia.
I was not aware that the "NT" maps would not work on it, so most of my obtained maps are useless.

Thanks to the hubb I have a usable Indonesia map now :thumbup1:

But I still would like to have usable maps for Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey...

Which Garmin Worldmap version can I use on my device?

I would appreciate if someone can point out some sources for maps.

Hi Frank,

We used the Garmin Worldmap 3 and 4 for the stretch from Turkey till now (Thailand).

Where did you find the Indonesia map? Could you send us the link?

I have used Worldmap and in Asia found it about as useful as a chocolate teapot. :taz:

The last non-NT Malsingmap is 4.4 from 27/9/2010. Get it from the source.

I have one of the last non-NT Indonesia maps here. Email me if you need it.

For the rest of the world check the sticky topic. For this route the OSM maps from Free worldwide routable Garmin maps from OpenStreetMap should be useful.
