mount for Garmin 60?

Hello. I've just purchased a Garmin 60cs and intend to mount it to my R100GS. Was wondering if there is a durable off-road mount made for this type of gps unit? also, this unit has an internal memory instead of memoy cards. Considering this, is heavy viberation a problem? Does this gps have an actual hard-drive that could skip under off-road circumstances?

Thanx!

They may have something here that would work.

Thanx! I've looked at these, but i question it's durability off-road. I've discovered touratech has a very large variety of mounts, including locking ones. Has anyone out there tried the locking mount for the 60cs?

The Ram mount is very tough - use the meatal arms available and combine it with a Touratech cradle at the end and they work great - I have the non locking (Garmin 60cs) version on a Ram mount which I can swop between my Land Rover and KTM - for security on the bike, you can substitue the large wing nut on the Ram arm for an allen bolt and wind it up nice and tight.

We used GPS Central in Calgary for all of these bits - very helpful - and good prices.

Touratech mount ( lockable ) has done me fabulously for over 5000 k on road and 6000+ km off road, including several spills. Recommend it.

I use touratech mount in my KTM (a LOT of vibrations) with the 60CS and have no problem!
I recommend it.
Use it always with out the battaries on motorcycle!

Then G-60 has not any HD inside!
