Help with Garmin 62
 

Hi Folks,

I've just received my new Garmin 62. I was totally stoked and looking forward to riding where tracks don't exist. However, I'm having trouble downloading images from Birdseye. Can anyone help?

I have the Birdseye subscription and can download images to Basecamp on my mac - however, the sat images just won't transfer to my device. Each time I turn the device on it says "Invalid .JNX file".

I'm currently in Jordan - for which there are no street maps for the 62 - could this be the problem? I got the Bidseye subscription so I could choose my own routes based on the satellite imagery.

I have reset the 62 to factory settings but that didn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I don't think the 62 model works with Birdseye

Mine doesn't anyway :-)
