GPS tracks - from Magellan to Garmin, and vice versa
 

I don't know whether this has been covered before, but I have a Magellan Sportrak Map GPS and I save tracks to the computer as microsoft EXCEL files. Can these be imported into Garmin GPS units? And if so, does anyone know of a file conversion utility that will convert Garmin track data (in whatever format) to EXCEL? There's a lot of Garmin stuff out there I'd like to use.
