Garmin 60CSx vs. the Oregon *00

I've read all the posts & gone on the Garmin website & I am having trouble tellling what the real difference is between the 60CSx & the Oregon *00

I'm in the market for a European GPS and like the idea it will track all my travels... including my mtn. bike adventures...

Can anybody shead some light on the difference between the 2 units?

Also, why is Garmin the only brand people talk about on these forums? are they really the best for motorcyles?

While I don't know the Oregon series personally the big difference seems to be a touch screen and a bigger screen size. It does track logging, see here: http://garminoregon.wikispaces.com/Tracks

There are other GPS brands, but Garmin is probably the biggest fish in the pond and it's almost the only one for which you can get free maps.
