Overlander's London-Cape Town Send-off
 

Next weekend Doug, Jason and Mark are heading off on their bikes to cross Africa in aid of charity; and off course to have a bit of fun along the way.

Friends and well-wishers will be meeting them at the 'Hole in the Wall' Pub in Chiswick at 12:00 on Saturday 2nd April for their 2pm send-off.

A number of us will then be riding out with them for the first 20miles or so, (just to settle their nerves ha-ha)

If you're free next Satuday, why don't you come down to the Hole in the Wall and meet up with a couple more HU members, in addition to giving the boys a warm send-off.

Hi Geoff,

Just a quick update on the departure details for our 2k5 Africa trip. The bikes are going through the final prep stages and will probably only be ready on Saturday the 2nd of April, our proposed departure date. As such we will not be having a ride out on Saturday. However. We will still be meeting at the Hole in the Wall pub in chiswick for 12:00. Please feel free to come down to meet with us and swap biking stories and advice. All are welcome and we look forward to seeing you all the the launch party. we are due to depart for Africa on Tuesday the 5th of April.
