Colombia Libre 2009

CANCELLATION!!!!

GUYS!!! DUE TO UNFORTUNATE EVENTS WE ARE FORCED TO POSTPONE THE COLOMBIA LIBRE EVENT TO A LATER DATE NEXT YEAR.

ALBERT OUR MAIN MAN IN MEDELLIN HAS CRASHED ON HIS KTM AND SERIOUSLY BROKEN HIS LEG AND WILL BE UNABLE TO RECOVER IN TIME TO TAKE CARE OF ORGANIZING THINGS IN MEDELLIN BEFORE THE EVENT.

I'M IN CALI IF ANYONE STILL WANT TO MEET UP. THERE ARE SEVERAL BIKE EVENTS DOWN HERE DURING NOVEMBER. AMONG OTHERS MOTOFESTIVAL DE ALTO CILINDRAJE NOVEMBER 13-14-15. THE ORGANIZERS EXPECT SOME 700 COLOMBIAN BIKERS FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY.

AND I'LL HAPPILY LEAD SOME SMALLER TOURS AROUND THE SOUTH OF THE COUNTRY IF WE CAN MAKE A GROUP.

HOPE YOU RECOVER WELL ALBERT. AND SORRY TO THE REST, WE'LL BE BACK WITH NEW DATES!!

Please check out Alberts thread for more info on the Colombia Libre international bikers meeting in Cartagena (LOCATION CHANGED TO MEDELLIN) from October 30th to November 2nd.

Be there or be...;-)

Great!

If you want you can ride with my group of some +20 bikers from Cali and up to Cartagena. We start early (7:00) on October 28 and ride to Medellin to meet with another group and stay north of Medellin and continue to Cartagena on October 29.

New to Horizons Unlimited?

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
