Argentina - Pollo's 50th Birthday

It's Pollo's big 50th birthday party and you're all invited (I think)!

Anyone who's ever been to La Posta will know Pollo. But in case you haven't, here's what it's all about. La Posta is a motorcyclists-mecca, and Pollo is the grand Poo-bah.

If you're in the area (or need an excuse to ride somewhere) you don't want to miss this. Be sure to contact him before showing up so he knows how many to expect for the asado (and what you may need to bring or pay).

WHEN:
March 8, 2008

WHERE:
La Posta del Viajero en Moto
Calle Mendoza 685
Azul, Argentina
GPS: S 36 47.449 W 59 52.272

CONTACT:
E-mail: lapostadelviajeroenmoto@yahoo.com.ar
Web: La Posta Del Viajero En Moto...welcome friends - index

I think its the 8th

The great man himself told me he wants to do the asado/party on the 8th as its a Saturday night.

His birthday is on the 4th but being a 'school night', people cant party hard.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
