Africa Overlanders' Party
 

Hello All

I am off to Timbuctoo in a week's time, the landrover which is bringing my desert tyres (hopefully) is setting off on 28th December. They will be hosting an overlander's party in a car park near the ferry terminal in Portsmouth.
Starting at 7.00pm on 28th December - there will be a hog roast and BYO beer etc. Apparently there is a range of overland vehicles due to get on the ferry at midnight (most of them heading to Africa to raise money for charity)
I know a lot of bike riders will be there to see them off- any extra support will be warmly welcomed.

Unfortunately I won't be able to go, as I am setting off on the ferry 24 hours earlier!
If anyone will be in the area - fight your way through the crowds and say hello to Fanum and Slimbo (the landrover drivers).
