Have a look here:

As I understand most people just go to Ceuta or Mellilia and come back in. But if Serbs need an actual visa it may not be so easy. I am sure someone here will know for sure.

now, i have one more fear, not only i am not sure i can get more than 3 months, but also i am going marocco with mercedes vito, and it is a small wan, and wan can not be in marocco more than 3 months per callendar year ?? vito is registered in a category "heavy carryer". is that mean that car can not stay longer than 3 months?

Longer Stays.

Hi Svetlana, when a visa is issued for only 3 months at a time consider if you can get a repeat visa after being out of the country for a few hours or days. Going to a Spanish territory in Morocco should be enough. Check before you go if Serbs can get visas in Spain though. Red Tape, horrible stuff. Lindsay.

hi svetlana, getting another 3 months should be doable even if you need a visa, extending the permit fo a car is easy, but only up to 6 months a year (maximum for all non residents)
getting a multiple visa sounds the best solution for starters

the procedure for extension
go to police station in any major town (in my experience the further down south you go, the less hassle, in any case don't do it in town like Agadir or similar fancy tourism centres)
for the car you go to douane (carina) again in any major town
did it several times
normally you pick up your extension the following day, need photos, no money

good luck
greetings from Dakhla (a good place to get an extension
