Roads under constructions or destroyed

I am not sure if it is of any help, but...

We been to Morocco May 1 to 11 on "road trip", not offroad.
We made...ahm...couple of "mistakes", and despite our big heavy bikes were brilliant there perhaps someone would like to avoid it.
So.
Road N16 from appr. Oued Lauo almost all way to Al Hoceima under re-construction. Basically - totally offroad 100+ km. The cutting into hills, making totally new road. Road not closed, heavy machinery working it, some landslides happening all the time and people with red flags attempt to regulate dives and ascends that used for traffic passing opposite ways. Occasionally you get 300 meters of remains of tarmac, but most of the time just sand/clay with gravel, gravel on top of broken tarmac (deep, once my bike went up to axles in), dusty pits etc. Probably hardest non-stop ride I ever done - I am not that much of offroader. And I was on 17" wheels with road tires, so had to "gun it" to keep going.

We turned off to P5205 to go to N2. That traverse is OK - about 1 car wide, blind turns, at places it destructed and just mix of broken stones and clay for 10-20 meters. But it is outright beautiful there.

There there is road leading to Quezzane from Fes. I still need to locate it on map.
30-40 km of twisty mountain road that are damaged beyond calling it road.
Those typical holes in tarmac that you see on roads in Morocco - there they are 20 cm apart, some are huge and deep and road covered in slit and gravel from recent rains, so that you do not see where is road where is roadside. Thanks God it is quite wide. We had to stand on pegs and just gun it - otherwise front wheels get stuck in holes (yes, that's 17" wheels).

When I will locate it on electronic map I will post it. It goes down to crossroad with N13, about 1-2 km before Motel du Rif.

I found route we took from Fes to Motel Rif...that destroyed road...
So, from Fes I think we went like that

Fes, Morocco to Motel Rif - Google Maps

Correction to above - route we took was R501, Google seems to be unable to lay out route using only R501...

Actually it's the first 72km from Oued Laou as far as El Jebha. If you'd carried on about 5km more you would have been clear of it (I came from the other direction yesterday).

The section from El Jebha to Al Hoceima was finished a couple of years ago and has some of the most spectacular revetments I've seen anywhere on Moroccan roads.

O...who would've known...anyway - we enjoyed it :)
The road ahead (visible part) was still under construction, so I guess end was just over corner.
Well, we seen sign "roadworks 76 km" and as we did not plan going as far as Al Hoceima (we had to do 600 km that day on the backroads) we turned off to that P5205 which was absolutely spectacular too. I mean - I think it was 5205, but can't be 100% sure.
100+ is together with our first attempt to turn off...to what appeared to be a bit too much of a piste for our road tires.
