Can be done by any car/camper, only narrow.

Did it december 2013 for the last time.

I did it in Okt. 2010 with a Motorbike, not always tarmac and a bit muddy. But yeah it could be change ;-)
Otherwie no problem.
BTW. in Demnate, don't stay at the hotel near the bus station ... thats not funny ;-)

Lovely road, tarmac can be choppy in places as it's not one of the major routes, and there's one bit that regularly gets debris, photos at C10 Tassaout Traverse

Make sure you visit Imi n'Ifri south of Demnate (where the R307 forks off).

As Tim mentioned the natural bridge: N31 43.459 W6 58.327 I like the walk down the steps, under the bridge and mount the other side.

And the dinosaur steps N31 43.578 W6 54.502
