Motorcycle insurance for Morocco
I'm from Canada and bought a 1999 suzuki xf650 in germany a week ago. I insured it through ADAC with red export plates for 60 days. I'm planning to ride into Morocco very soon but I just learned that I need additional insurance to go there. My understanding is my basic automotive insurance only covers European countries.
Where can I get this additional insurance? I'm in Lyon france right now and I've read that there is a plave called AON here in the city that might do it. Am I on the right track? Can I get insurance at the border? Or if not will they let me off the ferry so I can go somewhere in Morocco to get some insurance?? Thanks for the help, Daniel
