Can't register; says registration has been disabled by the administrator?

So whassup? Don't want more members? :)

I was getting 200 or more spam registrations per day, got fed up with having to handle all the deletions.

When I can work out how to handle them automatically I'll open it up again.

Ok give a holler when you are open for business again :)
I wanted to search the forum but I can get by with google sitesearch I guess

Depending how many genuine registrations you get a day you "could" get people to email you directly (or PM on here) giving basic reg details and set them up yourself and allow them to login and update their details.

Had to do that last year on something I run as I was in a similar situation.

Depends how much time you have I suppose :-)
