Bying an used Toyota 4x4 in Morocco
Hi there, i´m going to Morocco next january and was planning to rent a Toyota Land Cruiser, when it crossed my mind the idea of buying one there at the beginning of the trip and selling it at the end, in a local dealer, for ex.
The thing is: the Land Cruiser cars they have to rent in Moroccar, for ex, are with no off-road extras at all. I want a suitable and propper 4x4 to cross all dirty roads in Morroco. Anyone has any experience about buying an used car there? Anybody knows a renting company that rents equiped 4x4 without chauffer? Thanks in advance! João

Morocco 4X4 Rental
Hi Joao,
Be very careful when renting a 4X4 to use off the surfaced roads. Many agencies will say it's OK to drive the pistes with their vehicle, but when you return it dusty and dirty they refer you to the fine print of their contract, and your credit card is likely to take a big hit. Whomever you do business with, make sure you have in writing that it's OK to take their cars off-road. Try Tonus Cars. Regards, Barrie
