Visas for Jordan, Syria and Turkey
 

Hi there,

From Egypt we want to go to Jordan, \syria and \turkey. Can we get the visa at the borders, or do we need them in advance? Can we get them in Cairo, or would Khartoum be a better place?

I got visa for Egypt, Jordan and Syria in Khartoum. I think you can get the one for Jordan on the border.

You can get the visa for Turkey on the border.

if i recall correctly, there is no syrian embassy in jordan. hence get visa in egypt. jordan visa is easy. probably best to get it in cairo too. turkey visa avail at border.

There is a Syrian Embassy in Amman but don't expect to get a visa there unless you have mitigating circumstances. E.g. a friend collected one there in July after starting the application process in London.

One tip: avoid all possible links to 'journalism' unless you want your visa application sent to Damascus and delayed.
