Tires in Israel?

You can get all tiers of all makes here. In Eilat too. if there will be a problem it will take a day to order it from Tel-Aviv.

when will you be in Israel. In June im flying my bike to Cape Twon from Ireland and riding to Cairo and then to Eilat and on to Tel Aviv. Its easy to get stuff in Israel but like was said in Eilat you would have to wait a few days, but to tell you the truth unless you are really stuck you would be in tel aviv before the tyres get down, its not that far. Eilat is a very cool place and Tel Aviv is a really cool place,,, lots of good friendly biker clubs there and they love biking.. Let me know if you need any help as I spend a lot of time there and have a friend in Tel Aviv

Thanks for the good news.
5Eyes: Will be in Isral within the next 3 weeks or so. I am currently in Sanaa, trying in vain to get a Visa for Saudi Arabia, as it looks. Seems as if I have to ship my bike. Or: Does anybody know about ferries from Yemen to Egypt? Lars

We are on our way down to (somewhere in) Southern Africa on an F650 Funduro and R100GS - but no spare tires! Arg! We are thinking of a side-trip to Tel Aviv by bus.... soon....can you tell us where we could get some there? cheers Gareth and Helen
