Hi guys,
I will be entering Syria in one month , from Turkey , do you know where is the best place in Turkey to ask for it? Is there any problems concerning visa for Syria. Any sugestion for entering Syria would be helpful for me. Thanks in advance.

The visas costs at Bucharest (yes, it is not Turkey):
1. Syrian 32 USD one entrance and 68 USD 2 entrances, for 3 months, ready in 1 day

2. Jordan: 52 USD (2 entrance) ready in 2-3 weeks

Last summer (2005 August) I got my Syrian and Lebanease visa from Ankara, Turkey. Syrian costed $32 and Lebanon $25. For both, you have to apply 0900 o'clock and collect at 1300. Easy job really.
