Selling car in Syria or Lebanon
 

Hello
Has anybody travelled from Europe to Syria or Lebanon by car and then sold their car there and departed by plane?
Is it possible to sell the car? If yes, does it involve a lot of hassle or is it troublefree?
Which cars are greatly wanted down there apart from the Mercedes?

I'm also interested in this - especially Lebanon (probably Syria is difficult due to customs / carnet issues).
