The Sokullu Pasa in Sultanahmet is a very decent hotel. I’ve used it 3 times. The first two times it was around $30 dollars for a room. The third time I showed up, it had been “Great Westernised” with much higher prices (and even nicer rooms) but they let us have a double with air-conditioning for $45 dollars.

It’s excellently located, no garage but the night staff can see the street and there’s a convenient lamppost to chain your bike to. It’s a beautiful old merchant’s house with an excellent courtyard for tranquil breakfasts.

Maybe a little bit pricier than you’re looking for but it’s a nice treat while in Istanbul. There’s a much cheaper Sinbad Hostel nearby it but I don’t think they have a garage.

Hotel Istanbul

I'm currently staying at the Sirkeci Park Hotel for a couple of days: Welcome | Sirkeci Park Hotel

Tripadvisor: Sirkeci Park Hotel (Istanbul, Turkey) - Hotel Reviews - TripAdvisor

Really awesome place. It's very close to the major sights of the city. They don't have a private parking lot or a garage, but there is good parking in front of the hotel. Since they have a 24 hour lobby, someone always watches your bike.

The staff is really awesome. They handed us glasses with cold water (really hot day), when we arrived and took care of everything.

The price is about 45 Euro a night. Only downside is that the Wi-fi can be very slow at times (but a restaurant around the corner "Dejavu" has the fastest I have experienced in Istanbul).

Cheers,
Joe GS
