Has anyone been on the Grimaldi ferry - Israel to Italy?

Has anyone traveled on this ferry recently - in particular with a 4x4?

We are trying to cost it and I am having real difficulties getting a figure for the port taxes. Some of them are fixed eg customs broker fees and departure taxes but there seem to be at least two other taxes based on a number of factors including the use and weight of the vehicle and the time it has spent in Israel. I have the table used to calculate at least one of these taxes but our 4x4 could come within a number of the categories and the difference in cost comes to several hundred $s!! Grimaldi say ask the port agents but they haven't responded to any phone or email messages.

Has anyone done the trip recently and can remember the costs? Would also be interested to hear any other feedback.
