Egypt to Europe

Is it possible to go from Eygpt to Europe overland (on bikes)? Planing a C.T. (South Africa) to Florence (Italy), everyone goes via Tunisia.

If you don't mind getting a ferry for 4 hours, you can go from Nuweiba in Egypt to Aqaba in Jordan and then into Syria followed by Turkey and the rest you can work out on the map.

Of course you can!

Last June A friend of mine rode from south Italy to the Pyramids in Giza in 7 days only and almost completely overland: Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Syria, Jordan and Egypt.
The only part on sea was covered by the ferry Ilesmark talked to you about in his post.
