2 Canadians in Oman
 

A couple of friends, Mike & Ruby, who I met at Hechlingen last summer are on their Middle East tour right now. They have just been through Oman and are heading on to Yemen (they hope) . Some fantastic pictures and their journal here:

My partner and i wish them all the best for their fantastic trip.We have been keeping up with their journey so far.They are a great couple who put us up for 2 days in their house in Calgary, before the start of our trip down to S.America.We were complete strangers but they made us so welcome with their genuine hospitality.
Again, we wish them a safe and interesting journey.

Mike & Ruby just left Egypt on the way to Jordan . They were just 50 meters away form one of the bombs in Dahab which killed so many people there yesterday......their Guardian angels were working over time !!!
