Malaria Outreach programme - Advice needed
Hi all,
our plan is to start a regular outreach programme, delivering mozzie nets, malaria pills and educational material to villages in western Tanzania on bike. The logistical issues are taken care of and the web site is being designed and should be up in a few weeks, however, our biggest concern is fundraising. To keep us in the field for one week will cost $720, with a total yearly running cost of $58,500.00. Has anyone had experience in raising finance? Our idea was to start approaching bike suppliers and other companies to raise the money, as well as friends and family, using paypal. Any thoughts?
