Your impression on the 690 Enduro
Hi,
Just to share my impression over the bike wich I bought this spring,would like to say like an off-road enthusiast I did it few small weekend trips,even in deep forests and easy can say that the bike is a perfect one for both- on and offroading.Very powerfull,perfect handled,good for stand riding(I mean thin saddle),maby that is disadvantage for the long miles riding. Any thoughts,opinion,or troubles about the model is greatly apreciated. Regards, Simon

The new 690 engine could be a great platform once the bugs are ironed out. Currently I would not consider it for a serious trip, there are way too many of them sitting at dealers because of FI and other problems (exhaust heat, gas tanks, etc).
Check the 690 thread on Advrider for tons of feedback on the bike and aftermarket parts for it from owners.
