Wanted 2003 640 Adv

Does anyone know where there is a 2003 640 Adv for sale?

I keep missing the few I find and finding no few I would rather have missed!!!

I'm looking for a bike in good condition with a service history and relatively few miles (less than 10000 ideally).

Cheers,

Dave

There was one on www.biketrader.com a few days ago. At about £4995 I think. They are hard to come and as you know only made for one year....

Worth looking for... mine has been fantastic for the 14,000 miles I've done it - about 10 of which were in Africa.

Good luck with you search !

Thanks for that,

This bike has been for sale with the dealer for over 1 year, I went to look at it 8 months ago, and again recently. He Won't budge an inch on the price and whilst its a nice bike, its above top dollar for what it is. Hence the fact its still not sold!!! I have around £4000, £4500 at a push. When they do come up for sale I keep missing them, but only just....!!!!! If I keep goin I know I'll get one eventually!!!

I reckon £4000-£4500 is quite a good price for a 2003 with hardly any miles on it. I got mine with just 800 miles on the clock and paid £4250...... BUT I had to go to Glasgow to get it.... then rode it all the way back to London in the snow!

I would have paid another two or three hundred quid to avoid that !
