Hi there I've got a problem with my rear shock whenever I gear down the back tyre bounces around big time..anyone have a web site with comprehensive info on rebound damping settings for me or just an easy setting change for my problem

As I recall, my rear shock under full weight is set to +5 (out of 7) compression (on side), rebound (underneath) +8 (out of 11) and the main spring up 1/2 a turn.
