batteries and din plugs
Just planning to set up my power source for my 640 adventure 2002 model.
Which battery is best and anyone know which the best power plug assembly unit is? I've been doing DIN plug searches on the net and pulling the wrong type of plugs. Anyone know the name of those little plugs bmw use? |

The stock battery can handle any reasonable power requirement, however the light gauge wiring harness can only deal with basic loads.I've had good luck hooking power plugs right up to the battery terminals.Look under the dash,as some of the 640's have an extra power plug(for roadbook/GPS setups on the rally bikes). |
