Adventure fuel hoses

A question for any other Adventure owners out there:
The fuel hoses on my bike leading from the main and reserve tank on my bike have been leaking badly at the joints.

I have fitted the joints with small Jubilee clips now which seems to have helped but it still isn't completely right.
I heard from Bracken that some owners replace the hoses altogether with better ones?
Does anyone have experience or knowledge of this problem?
I'm wondering if the original parts are less than the best, since with a bit of vibration I'm betting that the problem will
reoccur.

Dug,

Yes - have had this problem (although not serious) on a new bike, the standard clips weren't great and the hose became frayed after a few '000k's. Just upgraded to a better quality solid rubber hose along the way. Easy.

Not much to worry about...

Regards
JT
