Adventure 640 Roadbook Cable
Has anyone had any trouble with the cable that relays info from magnet on front wheel to the Roadbook speedo? My Roadbook appears to be working ie. I can still change all the functions and the time is correct, but only if I rub the cable end directly against the magnet does it register anything - mph numbers flick up and down, and trip goes up. I can't imagine that its the magnet so could it simply be the cable?I say simply but at over £40 I don't want to buy it and find it was something else instead.
Any information and/or suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
