Adventure 640 Blowing base gaskets!

Anyone had their 640 adventure blow base gaskets?Mine is a 1999 model with some 100,00kms on it and after two major rebuilds seems to want to blow the cylinder base gasket after 60kms to some 900kms for no reason.
KTM are baffled by this as I am too, the cases are not warped or is the barrel,which has just been replated and a new piston fitted along with many other parts,today it just blew it's 5th gasket in as many months.
Any ideas or has anyone else had this problem?Cheers Andy.

Hey Andy!Long time no see!

If the bike has been rebuild there might be a chance that the crankcase-ventilation is not working properly?

Hey is that you Ayling? from Norway who I met in Iceland last year?
As for the crankcase vent this seems to be free,if not surely the gasket would go sooner than it has done.

fwiw:

- Just spoken to Swampy today. One mistifyfing problem they had was found to be a big fat insect in a breather pipe.

- Are all the base gaskets from the same batch?
