Upgrade my rear shock for my size
Hello everyone, I'm very happy to be part of this forum. I just purchased my first KLR650 (2008), I was told to upgrade my suspension, I'm 300lbs and 6'5". Can someone point me in the right direction to the propper upgrade, I'd like to sit on the bike and have it not sink so much. It rides great but the rear of the bike feels like it's lower than the front. I have the shock set to 5 and that dosn't seem to help at all.
Thanks for your time. Gary |

The Cogent Dynamics "Moab" shock is well regarded. I don't have firsthand knowledge myself, but I've read a lot of good things about them. They set the shocks up custom, depending on your application. Worth firing off an email in any case.
