Starting problems

Went to start my 93 kle this morning and all i get is a buzzing/fluttering sound from the starter solenoid. She bump starts no problem.

The battery is on charge as we speak as it was a little flat,is this the cause maybe?

Ive tried a spare solenoid and its the same.

Ive been putting her back together since april, she was getting taxed tommorow now she wont start

Thanx in advance folks.

Sounds like the battery to me matey, but i could be wrong,
will be interesting to see what others come up with ! .
Battery has to read at least 12.5 to 13 volts for a good kick.
Good luck.

if she is bump starting hey thats half the battle! but keep er on the charge on the optimate or whatever you have and then try it again! seems like the battery is just tired and needs recharged but do inform us of how she goes!
