QUESTION: Whistling sound on KLR650... and OFFER: spare part
Hi there,
My 1999 KLR makes a slight whistling sound when throttling up... is it just valve adjustment? It doesn´t sound when idling, and frequency goes up with more throttle. Thanks for answering! Also I offer several spare parts for a KLR, stripped from a 1992 model. Hardly any parts are worth looking at, but I´ll offer them if someone out there needs them to reach home and/or next dealer (Buenos Aires)... Parts are in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Most likely an exhuast leak. The VW syndrome.
