Petrol Overflow on KLE500

Hi All, I'm after a bit of advice. Having been inspired by ShaunJ's KLE rebuild I stripped my bike down over the winter and have been putting it back together. All is going pretty well, but now with some petrol in the bike I've got a steady slow drip of petrol from the airflow box, when running at around 3000rpm I get petrol dripping from the overflow pipe off the bottom of the carb and having just taken the carb back off the bike petrol flowed out of the n/side carb, but none out off the o/side carb. I read somewhere that it could be a trapped hose, but I can't see how to trap a hose, let alone one I've trapped! It is an age since I did anything with a carb, but I was thinking it may be a stuck float as the carb was off the bike (although sealed up) for a good few months. Can anyone out there offer any advice before I start stripping it apart?:helpsmilie:

Well, hopefully this'll help anyone else with the same issue.. I strippped the carbs down today and rebuilt them to find petrol pretty much pouring out of them both once refitted! A second disassembly and I turned the float needles around - the small springy wire that catches onto the float lets you orientate them in one of two directions, its not obvious, but does seem to make a slight difference, so worth noting in the disassembly. I also tweaked the tabs on the floats to adjust the level of the floats slighty. With it all back together it now appears to be all ok!
For anyone else doing the same there are some really helpful videos on youtube, including plenty for the 250 ninja which has the same type of carbs.
