:censored: if you've got the klr 250 with the locknut and screw for tappet adjustment make sure the nuts are tight especially the rear one which is hard to get at,otherwise you bent a valve like i did once half way to cape york in oz,go check it i had 6000k's on it,see ya,ron.

Thats a right pain in the piston!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
