I couldn't find a solution to work at engine without taking it off the bike ..... only at valve check it was possible.

Because is not enough space to work proper.

To get engine off the frame can take one-two hours ....

Had a problem with a snapped exhaust stud that couldn't be extracted so ive sourced a new head from a gpz 500 of the same year. It came with gpz500 cams, the kle already has a gpz500 exhaust fitted.

id like everyone's thoughts on the cams, should i fit the kle cams or the gpz cams.

I never take the bike off road.

To answer my own question. Yes you can take the head off with the engine still in the frame. Ive not yet booted her up yet so i cant tell what differance the gpz cams have made.
