KLE 650 Buying Guide
 

After a few yrs with the old KLE 500 ive decided to upgrade and looking into getting a 2009 KLE 650.Looking for any info in what there like and any known issues with them.Any help will be grateful on this.bier

Look up the Versys!
 

I've never owned one but I am interested in them as a potential future purchase; there has been some feedback about these bikes recently, but all under the forum "which bike" - I think there may be some other discussion earlier as well; I recall a thread, somewhere in here, about riding a Versys two up with luggage.

Some folks say that the sub frame is weak and it can carry only limited weight without modification.
Apparently, Kawasaki will supply this bike with either a top box or panniers but not both because all three boxes could overload the sub frame.

Ive also heard about that with the sub frame.But from i can read about it,that it's the bolts that need upgrading on them as there not up to the challenge. Will have to see with the bloke buying it has done it or not but apart from that not a lot bad about them.
