KLE 500 exhaust - what is mine?

This is my first post - so hello!
I've just bought a 05 KLE - very happy wtih it - but it's far too loud.
The previous owner replaced the stock exhaust with a KTM one.
Can anyone tell me what the current exhaust is from the photo?
If I buy another KTM exhasut is there a quieter one? Or is there another cheap replacement that is quieter? Thanks!!

Thank you! I bought the KLE as a commuter - but reading this has got me thinking about a trip......

I think you're right that this is an EXC exhaust - which means I guess that buying another EXC exhaust of ebay isn't going to help....

I've looked at 50mm slip-ons i.e Micron - but they are all £100+ :(

Any other ideas? Might repacking the current one help?

Try repacking, it is cheap and you can open the end cap with a wrench.
