Unhappy KLE 400 engine parts

Hello Guys.

I need some assistance. I cannot get engine parts for the KLE 400 in South Africa. I need to source a piston and head gasket from somewhere else.

Can anybody assist with shipping one to me, or point me in the direction of a dealership / website that does international shipping?

Regards

Hi Pleco,

I found a dealer in Greece and also they give me a link for part numbers

Here is the link:
ƒJƒƒTƒLƒ‚[ƒ^[ƒX ƒp[ƒcƒJƒ^ƒƒOŒŸõ

even if is in Japanese is simple: you have two options : first is to select model and years ..... is simple when you click on drop-down menus; or you insert your frame number (or engine - I don't remember)
I use first method .... then you browse all pages until you find what you looking for.
I will attach some part that I've extracted for Kawasaki KLE400 93 model:

THE PISTON 13001-1203 AND PISTON RINGS 13008-1055 ARE STANDARD WHILE THE OTHERS ARE OVERSIZE.IF YOU ORDER THE LINER YOU HAVE TO USE THE STANDARD
YOU WILL FIND THE PRICES BELLOW IN EURO

2 GASKETS 11009-1640 AND 11004-1159,THE COST OF THE GASKETS IS 45.00 EURO
2 x 13001-1203 / 13029-1135 piston 40.00 X2 / 50.00 X2
2 x 13008-1055/ 13025-1054 – piston rings 31.50 X2 / 37.00 X2
2 x 11007-1083 liner 69.00 X2
2 x 92055-1229 o-ring 7.50 X2
4 x 92055-1230 o-ring 2.50 X4
4 x 92033-1099 ring 0.20 X4
2 x 13002-1023 pin (piston) 10.00 X2

1 x 92057-1188 engine transmision chain 29.00
1 x 12053-1145 guide 20.60
1 x 12053-1150 guide 34.50
1 x 12053-1151 guide 26.60

Those prices are from: M O T O S T A R
I've contacted them by e-mail.

Good luck in finding a better offer, for me at this moment is the only offer and only dealer I've found (and cheaper than in Romania )

Hi Luke! As soon as you have part numbers you can order from Doublertrading in the Netherlands. Most likely the parts will come from Japan (I don't think they sold the KLE 400 anywhere else). Aggis at Suzuki South in Wynberg might as well be an option. Check with him how quickly they can get stuff from Japan.

KLE engine parts

Hello There guys.

Thanks Kumuya, you are a star. I will contact the website.

Hello Jurgen.

Thanks for the help and info. Kawasaki SA cannot assist. I have come right at Biker Toyz so far. Dirkie is going to Japan on Friday. He will bring me one back. Thanks to Kumuya, I can make sure he does not run me in.

Thanks guys. A friend in need, is a friend in deed.
