Welcome.
If you want some ideas and inspiration from the hub, try looking here: http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/tstories/ I can also recommend "Mondo Enduro" as a film made by Austin Vince or book wise the seminal classic "Jupiter's Travels" by Ted Simons. Then it's all about deciding where to head on your big trip: Croatia - Cape Town Ship your bike to Alaska or Argentina and do tip to toe of the Americas. Ride overland to India, Singapore or Australia. Ride to Russia and then hit the road of bones, then get a boat to Alaska or Japan. Ride from Croatia to the Arctic Circle and back. There are also HU meetings all over the world, so you could make a plan to go to one of these, there's lots of like minded people and people doing talks about their trips or offering advice. Plus any questions you have, just post them on the hub and people will be happy to help. Also, in Croatia there are community people, maybe close by you can contact for help and advice, they may even all meet up now and again, so drop them an email, page down in the link below: http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/com...tEnglish.shtml The best advice is just get on your bike & go. Iain. |
