GT550 fairing & screen

Hi,

I'm intending to do some small trips around the place, but have become increasingly frustrated by the amount of wind I catch whilst driving along - the reason being that I'm a shade under 6'4" and with kit that adds up to a bit of resistance.

So, a couple of questions...

1. How much difference does a screen and / or fairing make? I don't really like the idea of adding them to be honest, but even on a calmish day it's hard work driving along at 70 / 80 mph. And I can always take them off when not doing a trip.

2. Any suggestions for good makes, or ones that attach easily to a GT500? I've looked around on the net, but am fairly confused to be honest.

Thanks for any and all help.

Alex
