1994 kawasaki Kle 500 Flywheel Magnet Loose

Im having problem with my KLE 500 Flywheel Magnet loose and broken due to crushing among themself. 2 pcs magnet totally broken.
I got an extra Flywheel (also some with 2 magnet broken). The others 3 pcs is still good.

The question:-
1) How to dismantle the Magnet from the Flywheel in manner not to damage the Magnet at all.

2) How to fix it back securely as original at the fly wheel. What type of glue or resin recommended.

I am intend to take out the good Magnet from my spare Flywheel (but cant use) and fix it at Flywheel on my KLE 500.

I Have checked the price for New Flywheel. Found that very costly...

Hi there,
i thing its almost impossible to take out the magnets without braking them, and lets just say you make the impossible and take them out. There is no secure way to glue them back in a way that they dont fly out again after a while.
I had the same problem, but the difference was, that i had only 1 magnet half broken, but not damaged, and i managed to glue the magnet back with 2 component glue.
But because there is no permanent fix for this, i had to buy an new aftermarket rotor and since then the problem is once and for all gone.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
