5 x trail bikes to iceland

At last off to iceland. 5 people 5 trail bikes 2 vans. Leaving from Harwich to Esbjerg ( about 19 hrs ) then driving up to Hanstholm (day sight seeing on way. trip is only 3.5 hrs) then onward to Torshaven for a quick stopover ( 4 hrs ) continuing to Seydisfjordur (about 23 hrs ) 21 days exploring the interior on trail bikes taking everything - food, spare fuel, camping equipment. Total cost for the four ferries £750.57 each bargain Not sure of overall cost but

Don`t forget you need Danish Kroner for Denmark because we don`t use the Euro.

Hope you have a great trip....wrap up well.

Just tried the link but facebook say it has expired. I'd be interested to see the photos, perhaps you could redo the link?

Thanks,

Enjoy. We did the Iceland interior on trail bikes in 2003, enjoyed it so much we came back for more in summer of 2004. Take camera, fishing waders rather than bike trousers, tent and a bottle of booze. Great holiday.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
