Van and bike insurance

Hi Guys, we cannot seem to be able to get insurance for our van or the 3 trail bikes for our stay in iceland,as we are going in 2 weeks and are on the island for 21 days, we would be grateful if anyone could advise us of a company in the uk or can we contact an icelandic insurance company. How does everyone else do it ??
Thanks in advance Ash.

Iceland cover- no idea - probably requires an additional premium to cover from basic EU one
I have a 4x4 , classified as commercial vehicle insured with Groupama.
You might want to try them

I've been with Carole Nash for years and Iceland is covered as part of Denmark. I thought all policies would place iceland as part of europe. It covers All EU countries and Iceland, liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland for up to 90 days.

Hello
There are three insurance companies in Iceland that you might want to check out:
ForsÃ*ða - VÍS
Sjóvá - Vertu viss
Tryggingamiðstöðin.is - ef þú ert tryggður þá færðu það bætt!

Maybe they can help you

I have been putting in videos from a recent trip in the westfjords we went on in June

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
