ahhh Steve yes... Nice to hear from you.

Broke both your knees. What did you do that for ??? Rather silly idea.

I broke my knee a few years ago playing rough house Football so I know what a horrible thing it is. Both though... CRIKEY !!!

Could potentially be riding down but may also take the little Van. It's cheaper for me and Stan to share costs and that way we can glamp.

Hi Ted, pulled the tendons off the tops of my kneecaps! Not to be recommended!

I will certainly ride down and as most that know me I will also be glamping.............from what I carry on my bike

Glamping!!!

Yo Sleepdog, myself and Kathy were always amazed at the amount of "sundries" you carry in your panniers, from the wine glasses and barbecue to the tool that does everything. Looking forward to meeting up again, are you also going to Haggs Bank?

Hopefully see you at both mate.

PS I now carry as many sundries as you do, my washbag alone weighs more than Teds roll bag with tent and sleeping bag inside LOL.

Look out for a white kangoo van full of cider and guitars more like ha. You need map source on your laptop, the data cable and if you're putting the maps on a memory card, you need a card reader.

Apologies

Hi guys I cannot make this due to circumstances outside of my control. ( Some thieving scrotes burgled my girlfriends house and I am trying to right all the security problems we had).
Anyway I hope you all have a wonderful time and I hope to be at Haggs Bank in a few weeks time. It is mini meets that make the HUBB what it is and (nothing against the HUBB meets at Donnington and others of their size
before I get flamed, I have been to several and enjoyed them immensely)
and long may it continue.

A slightly subdued GM.......

If I bring all the stuff back, will you still come down!

Sorry to hear that, more to drink for the rest. Get yourself organised and I'll see you at Haggs.

Steve.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
