Whats happening when?

Is there a programme of events anywhere on the website. I've got to decide whetehr to try to make it on the Thursday night or just come up on the Friday. It would be really useful to know what is happening when?

Cheers

Schedule will be posted very soon, hopefully later today - we're all flat out and trying to get everything sorted, but we're running behind.

Ted, Wednesday night is no problem, just eat at the Farm and they're happy.

Mel, we are full up, but there will always be a few cancellations and no shows - so get there EARLY and you should be ok.

Day passes (no camping) are also available as follows:

DayPass (Thursday only) £10
DayPass (Friday only) £15
DayPass (Saturday only) £20
DayPass (Sunday only) £5

If you can't make it, other European meetings are in Spain (Malaga) in mid-Sep, Germany in October and probably a UK Autumn meeting, but venue and date not confirmed yet.

Grant

Turn up early?

Hi Grant,
I was gutted to find registration closed on sunday evening, I had to wait to ask permission! I very much wanted to come up from Devon, a bit of a haul on a drz so was interested to see that it might be possible to get in if one arrives early. When is early??
regards
Adrian

Early and safe is by noon Friday LATEST if the weather is good, any time if it's totally crap because there's always a few who won't come if the weather is bad!

We hate turning people away, but we hate it more when it's overcrowded and all the problems that go with that - and we think so does everyone else. So at some point we will have to make a judgement call and close it.

So, as I work till late on friday, I can only get to Ripley on the saturday morning. I haven't registered because of this. Does this mean that I won't be able to pay my £20 for the day as the event is now full?
I need to know so as not to waste my day coming to Ripley and being turned away

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
