HU Mini meeting 30 September 2004 in London

Hi all

Since I'm living here in London for the next few months, I've decided to organise an evening get together of the HU London community at a local pub here in the last week of September, while Grant is in London. Especially as he missed the main meeting this year, I know he will be happy to renew acquaintances and swap stories.

Target date is Thursday the 30 September from about 6 p.m. at the Shakespeare Pub on Aldersgate Street across from the Barbican tube station. They have decent food including a 2 for 1 menu which is quite good value - Andy Miller and I have checked this out ;-)

So if you're around, drop on over.
Cheers
Susan

How long will people stick around for? I will likely have to work pretty late but would love to stop by for a pint (or two) afterwards...

They didn't throw Glynn out, (I would have liked to see that! ) he made it out under his steam, as did the 15 or so that showed up and had a great time meeting old friends and making new ones. You missed a good evening if you didn't make it.

See you next time!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
