Hi all!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has registered so far. We are really surprised by the interest already!

Thought I would post a little word of warning.....you may or may not know that we are only able to take 100 people, and after registration being open for only 2 weeks we are over a third full - so do get your registrations in. Please go the Meet page and use the link there to email for registration

Cheers

Mike,

The HUMP registration page is now live, have a look at the link below, and send us an email to register.

http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/mee...West-mini-2008

Can you please include when you expect to arrive (Fri/Sat/Sun), and if you're interested in an off-road, or breakfast (road) ride-out?

Look forward to seeing you there.

Gabe

And Susan and I WILL be there too, finishing off the filming for the HU Achievable Dream DVD series, so if you love your tent, your stove, sleeping bag, or bike, riding gear etc, we want to talk to you about why!

See you there!

Thanks and Photographs

Hey!

After a jam packed day of tidying up and ferrying things back home we are now in a position to reflect on the weekend! We intend on getting an email round to everyone that came, in the next couple of days (we might have some news on the pig!) - but for now......

........a great big thank you to all of you who came and made it the event it was. There wouldnt have been an event without you. A really great group of people.

Secondly, thanks to Grant and Susan for being there, supporting Gabe and I, and for their presentation on Saturday.

As for photographs please feel free to post on this thread, but could I beg and plead with people to also send through to our barongoose address 3 or 4 of their photos so we can try and put something together.

Cheers!

Humping Good Time

Hey Baron & Goose,

Hats off to you and your family and friends who kindly hosted such a wonderful and inspiring weekend in a stunning location. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of you who were there... beit through cider eyes; and loved the breakfast ride-out which we've got some great pictures of, and lucky to have I might say, I'm surprised Fi let go of her white-knuckle-grip of the bike long enough to take a photo, while stationary! So we'll post those as soon as.

A sincere thanks to Grant and Susan, wonderful to meet you. Long may you both ride.

BaronGoose, if there is anything else we can do for you, just shout.

Thanks again

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
