Okay boys and girls, 14:00 hrs at ace cafe for me as well, who's gonna play mutha hen and lead us?

If anyone wants to meet earlier and have some tucker i'm up for that as well, i am off work all day, and if anybody is leaving east or north east london and wants ot meet or wants me to meet them as i am riding through north london on the A406 give us a shout

Is anybody travelling up from south M25 Tunbridge wells area, I'll be going Dartford way possibly? could meet at first fuel stop on M1 - joining from M25

Yeah i was gonna suggest doing the service stations on the way, i think there is a guy in Leicester wants to meet as well. Paul it's impossible to give an exact time but from where we are and by the time we all organise ourselves i would say to meet you around 14:20 to 14;30,anybody else wanna meet in service stations along the way?

I am on a Black AT, cant remember the reg, i have printed the horizons logo off this site and i'll stick it on the bike front and rear so whilst we are on route we may pick up stragglers on the motorway.

A couple of us are heading up from North London but not leaving until about 5ish, if anyone wants to hang around for the second wave.

The guy in Leicester might be me. I'm meeting up in Leicester with Bal from Hinckley. It would be nice to join a bigger group but I can't yet be specific about a time (having bike serviced).

I'll post a UK mobile number here when I get one so maybe you could give me a progress report on your motorway stops via SMS or a call.

Thanks for posting reply on forum. Yeah ±2:00 pm (14:00-14:30) sounds good to me at 1st fuel stop on M1 after joining from M25. I have a silver KTM 950 with ali boxes.

Could any one tell me how far up the M1 is first fuel stop, so I can work out timings.

I am still trying to organise myself in order to be at ace for 14.00 on friday. But the fact that I still don't have a bike may delay me (and that my girlfriend refuses to even contemplate giving me a lift on her bike is another matter).
I am expecting bike delivery on friday morning, if that happens then there is a possibility to be at ace at 14.00 if not.. will catch the train.

Does someone have a route preference? I'll be at the Ace shortly before 1 o'clock for a spot of lunch. I've got a GPS too though not too keen on leading.

Okay, no one wants to take the lead so i guess i'll volunteer my services, but if anybody else wants to takeover, just say the word http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/ubb/smile.gifI don't ride reckless, my employment depends on my driving licence(taxi driver)but i do keep up with the flow of the traffic etc, anyone wanna lead faster then perhaps two groups would be appropriate

The route, looks like the M1 to junction 25 turn off, then onto the A52, is gonna be the easiest,as we are meeting people along the way. If anybody thinks different then leave a reply. My experience of groups of riders on A&B roads is that we always manage to lose one or two at roundabouts, with M/ways, although boring there's only one way to go....forward!

Right! Paul from Tunbridge, as far as i am aware Todington is the first service stn on the M1 north of the M25, if anybody knows better let me and Paul know.If i don't hear otherwise thats where we'll meet at approx 14:20/30 hrs

Stephano from liecs, what service station did you want us to meet you at? let me know, i am gonna pm you my mobile number my guestimate of arriving in your area is around 15:30 to 16:00hrs, how does that sound?

George, sorry to hear the news, if your bike arrives late, Gibbo has sent a post saying he will be at the Ace at 17:00hrs so if you miss us perhaps you can ride up with him?

And if anybody meeting at the Ace has a small tank on his/her bike let us know so we arrange a fuel stop somewhere.

Okay i think i have covered it all? if i have missed anybody/anything out leave a post, I'll try to get to the Ace about 12:30 i have a black AT registration ending VLT (i think? i just bought the bike) i'll print the Horizons logo from the website and stick em on my bike which shall be in the car park

I am going to try and join you at ACE CAFE - should be there around 12:00 'High-Noon" As a spot of lunch sounds a good idea + the Ace looks a good place to strike of on the M1 from. If I don't get to the ACE I'll see you at 2.00/2.30 at toddington.

Hi guys,

This is last minute but I hope to join the convoy on Friday. Bike (black AT covered in gaffer tape) is still in Bogota but should be in Stanstead for collection at 9am. If not I will be on a borrowed bandit.

Most likely I'll join up at the fuel station at Toddington. What time is this likely to be or do I need to keep an eye out from the slip road?
